formbiez
Formlabs holds an annual 48 hour Hackathon competition and when I saw that a blindbox team had formed I just couldn’t resist! Our team decided on to create adorable, original characters based on Formlabs’ products. For each character we came up with unique designs reflective of the personality we felt these products embody, and I had the pleasure of designing Formbie, Cure, and the main printer for our box cover! I was then responsible for then modeling Formbie, Form 4, and Form 1, while also creating the dialogue and graphics for the box design! I also had the opportunity to tackle the challenge of creating illustrations showcasing the entire Formlabs’ family. Overall, this was a very challenging and exciting project, and it was fun to dip into a little bit of every part of the creative process.
